I decided to call my confessional, "Charlie's Chit-Chat" because its catchy and I like it! With the game officially begun, it's time to start these confessional entries! I came on today to see that I'm on the Rangi tribe which is pretty awesome. I like the color yellow, so it works for me! I also received a PM from Yasmin, who I know from another game that I hosted. She proposed a friendly alliance, one where we can watch eachother's backs on the tribe. I agreed to it. This alliance between Yasmin and I makes me feel a bit safer.
I haven't really spoken to anyone else on the tribe yet. The majority of us seem to be really, really active which is always a plus but there are people like Aaron and Sydney who I don't see on as much. I hope that our tribe can win tonight against the red tribe because I really don't feel like attending the first Tribal Council of the season. Starting off with a loss is never a good thing and that's not how I wanna start the game! I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that Rangi can pull together and really secure that win!

We won the first challenge of the game which is super great. I was glad that I was the one to make the flag that really helped our team score some high points. I think at that stage in the game, the others really recognized me as a strong player. The first eChallenge of the season happen right after, and another Papa left, which has them down 2, compared to our full 8. I think that's awesome, and we have a strong lead on them. With all of us in our second Immunity Challenge, if we can win again.. that would be even better. I'm hoping that we'll be able to do just that and have Papa lose yet another player.
Not much has been going on in the social front for me. As I've said, I'm aligned with Yasmin, but I'm also now aligned with Erinn too. Us 3 make a trio, and we're pretty solid I'd like to think. If us 3 just stick together, I think we'll be okay. Today during the beginning stages of the throwing and catching challenge, Jamie busted out of nowhere and starting going off on how we needed a system. I had thought we were doing fine... the only problem was he was too slow to catch the balls, lol. Russell and him then got it into it; a clash of the testosterone, if you will. I hope we can just win this challenge and not have any fighting going on.

This sucks. I really don't want to be in this position of having to vote someone out from Rangi. The only plus to this whole situation is that I'm safe, and I 100% believe that. Tonight, my alliance and I are sticking together with the vote. Me, Yasmin, and Erinn are all voting together, and Yasmin has also managed to get J.P. to vote with us too. All of them had been sending PMs last night, as I got 3 of them today, and apparently they'd rather get rid of someone other than the easy and most obvious choice: Aaron.
I think Yasmin wants this to be the first blindeside of the season, and I don't blame her.. it'd sure add some spice to the mix of the game. I saw that the considerations were either Jamie or Sydney. I figured they'd gun for Russell but I see that they also think that even though Russell can be a bit annoying, he's still a good component of this tribe and can help us win in future rounds. So it really comes down to who's more disposable and can weaken Russell's game. They decided to go with Sydney as the choice.

Hey Charles! Some generic questions for everyone. So tonight we have the double TC which could change the game.
Whats your plan for this round?
Whats your long term plan? I.e stick with the tribe or ditch it?
Who is your closest ally/the person you trust the most?

Hey, Tom! (: My plan for this week is to vote for Aaron. He hasn't done much around camp and has contributed the least. He should have probably gone last week, but the goal overall is to make sure he doesn't go on the Jury, because the last thing I want, and the last thing you probably want, is an inactive Juror. So this week's plan is for the Fatal Four-Way (Me, Erinn, Yasmin, and J.P.) to vote out Aaron and make sure he leaves this week. I'm kind of glad that Russell won Immunity this week because had he not, he would have probably been the target by most of everyone else in my alliance, and I actually kind of like the guy and he can be a real help come the merge; so, good for him.
Later on in the game is a toss up. Anything can change in the blink of an eye, Tom, so I don't really have any solid plans on what to do or accomplish. All I know right now is that I want to be able to sit in that Final 2 position. I tried looking for the Immunity a couple days ago and couldn't find it so I gave up on it, which sucks. I thought if I could atleast find that, I'd have everything in the bag especially with this great alliance I'm involved in. My closest ally right now in the game is Yasmin. I don't want to announce that to anyone though because she's a bit explosive and that may hurt me.

We haven't heard from you in a while Charlie!
What has your part been in the events of the last week?
Do you think you can make that FTC?
What has your strategy been in the game so far?

Hey, Tom! Nice hearing from you. I've been super busy and when I've come on the board, it's been nothing but drama. Hard for me to formulate sentences and type it al out because it feels like alot. My part in last week's vote was pretty slim to none. I had heard that Yasmin was working to get Sugar's vote, and I had wanted that to happen. Sugar always looked like the one they'd pluck off when it got down to it. Prime example would be the Plate Smashing week. Kelly and Parvati got rid of her, and I was positive she knew right then and there that she was the last buckle on the belt. Sugar was a nice girl, and I think she was doing the right thing by flipping to us. Though, she obviously didn't sell her loyalty to Parv/Kel/Russ very well, because they were on to her and voted her out.
My strategy this whole game has been pretty consistent. On Rangi, I really wanted the leader role. Russell and I we're pretty much conflicting leaders, but I felt like I filled the position much better and took the reigns there on out. I made the flag, for example. Alot of players appreciated that, and I'm sure that's when I earned their respect. With that, came friends, and alliances. I was able to put mysel fin a 4-person alliance that controlled a good amount of the game. However, with explosive Jamie and controlling Russell, they flipped the first chance they got. Right then and there I went UTR, playing my friendly, semi-competitor game without a big target on my back.
